Great stone grave at Philippshof

The large stone grave Philippshof was a possible megalithic burial complex of the Neolithic funnel cup culture (TBK) near Philippshof , a district of Altenhagen in the Mecklenburg Lake District ( Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania ). No details are available about the grave itself. Ingeburg Nilius has it as a large stone grave of an unknown type or as a sunk stone box , Hans-Jürgen Beier as a large stone grave of an unknown type. At offerings were an ax from a Secondary burial of the late Neolithic single grave culture as well as a rock - ax found.
