Research history

The large stone grave was not identified as such until the 1950s. In 1972 it was destroyed by clearing work. A follow-up examination of the location revealed information about the construction of the facility.

description

At the follow-up examination, the scuff marks of the wall stones and remains of the chamber plaster were still present. The complex was probably a passage grave with ten wall stones and five cap stones. The chamber had a length of 8.4 m. The entrance was probably on the south side. Today only an overgrown hill can be seen at the location of the grave.

During the follow-up examination, 40 ceramic shards of the funnel beaker culture were found.
