Grub is a village in the Lower Bavarian district of Kelheim . It has been part of Langquaid since 1978 .

The place is 1.5 km northwest of Langquaid and 2.5 km east of the federal highway 93 .
history
The municipality of Grub, founded in 1818 with the Bavarian municipal edict, consisted of the districts of Grub, Kaltenberg and Stocka . Before 1928 it was incorporated into Schneidhart . On January 1, 1978, the community of Schneidhart was incorporated into Langquaid as part of the municipal reform.
