Gudrun Mende

Gudrun Mende (born November 14, 1955 in Düsseldorf ) is a German living space designer based on Feng Shui , non-fiction author and dubbing and audio book speaker.

life and work

After graduating from high school, Mende studied pedagogy and German language and literature in Düsseldorf and Paris and graduated in 1979 with the state examination. In 1980 she started teaching adult education. From 1990 to 1992 she trained as a grief counselor with Jorgos Canakakis . Between 1992 and 1996 she studied with national and international Feng Shui teachers, such as the architect Howard Choy, Australia, William Spear, USA, Grandmaster Yap Cheng Hai, Malaysia, Marc Häberlin, Switzerland, Johann Bauer, horticultural master, Italy, for her training in 1996 to be concluded with Grandmaster Yes TYLim. Further training with the German color experts Markus Schlegel, HAWK, Hildesheim and Axel Venn, HAWK Hildesheim, followed.

Since 1997 Gudrun Mende has been working for public and private clients and designed living spaces in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, USA (California). The focus of her work lies in the development of color and material concepts in close coordination with the clients and representatives of the individual trades. She also designs gardens.

In 2004 Callwey-Verlag published her book: Color and Feng Shui , followed in 2008 by Feng Shui - When Rooms Smile .

Gudrun Mende lives in Cologne and has four children.

Dubbing

In 2018, Mende started speaking as a lateral entrant. Discovered by Til Schweiger , she was cast by the dubbing director Björn Schalla in the Marvel Studios film “ Black Panther ” in the role of museum director (played by Francesca Faridany).

This was followed by her first occupation in the children's audio book (“Our Forest”, Simon Kamphans, headroom). She also appeared on two radio broadcasts on WDR 2 (Sunday Questions 2004) and WDR 5 (Table Talks 2008; both moderators Gisela Steinhauer ).
