The Guerna is an approximately 13 kilometers long right tributary of the Oglio in the Italian province of Bergamo , Lombardy .

The Guerna rises at about 1080  m slm near Cucche on the mountain peak Il Coletto on the southern slope of the 1378  m slm high Monte Torrezzo . It initially flows south-south-east past Monte Foppa through the Valle della Malga , before turning south-west at Roncaglia and shortly afterwards reaching Adrara San Rocco . It follows Adrara San Martino and Viadanica , where from the left the Fiume Valle Maggiore, the most important tributary of the Guerna, joins. It passes Villongo and finally flows into the Oglio at Sarnico at about 200  m slm , which flows out of Lake Iseo one kilometer above .
