Gunnar Mergner
Gunnar Mergner (born May 21, 1977 in Nuremberg ) is a German presenter and journalist .
Life
After high school and community service , he worked for the Nürnberger Abendzeitung for a year . From 1998 to 2001 Mergner attended the German School of Journalism and studied at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich until 2003 .
From 2003 to 2007 he joined the editorial staff Cinema Cinema of the Bavarian television , for which he movie reviews turned and portraits of the film festivals in Venice and Cannes , the Munich Film Festival and the Hof Film Festival reported.
From 2006 on, Gunnar Mergner and Carolin Matzko presented the youth format Blaateen on BR-alpha . This double moderation was continued in the successor format freiraum . In 2008 Mergner and Carolin Matzko switched to the workday knowledge format X: enius on arte . Since 2013 Gunnar Mergner has also been the presenter of Fascination Knowledge on Bavarian television.
Gunnar Mergner is the author of several television documentaries.
He is married and lives in Munich .
