Gupf is a 1089  m high mountain top near Rehetobel in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden , Switzerland .

The partially wooded Gupf lies above the village of Rehetobel, west of the Kaienspitz . To the west of the summit, a lookout point offers a view of Lake Constance and the Alpstein with the Säntis .

There is also a gourmet restaurant (1 Michelin star, 3 toques / 17 Gault-Millau points) with a hotel and its own farm on the Gupf.
