Gustav Emil Martinius

Gustav Emil Martinius (born January 23, 1851 , † 1931) was a German lawyer and parliamentarian.

Life

Gustav Emil Martinius studied law at the University of Halle . In 1869 he became a member of the Corps Salingia Halle. After graduation and the doctorate to Dr. jur. he first became a lawyer in Erfurt and later a notary. Most recently he lived as a notary a. D. in Naumburg (Saale) .

From 1882 to 1885 Martinius sat as a member of the constituency Erfurt 4 (city and district of Erfurt) in the Prussian House of Representatives . He belonged to the faction of the Free Conservative Party .

Martinius had been a member of the Erfurt Academy of Non-Profit Sciences in Erfurt since 1894 .
