Guy Doleman

Guy Doleman (born November 22, 1923 in Hamilton , New Zealand , † January 30, 1996 in Los Angeles , California , USA ) was a New Zealand actor .

Doleman started his career in show business as a radio host and eventually played in smaller theater roles. Ultimately, Doleman's path led to America via England. Through his appearances in England he had worked with Patrick Macnee in Mit Schirm, Charme und Melone , among others . Doleman had also appeared in Harry Saltzman's productions. It was he who has booked Doleman many times, and so Doleman also appeared in the James Bond film Fireball . Here he played the role of the henchman Graf Lippe, with whom he became known. In 1966 he was seen in the agent film Finale, also produced by Saltzman, in Berlin . After Bond, Doleman went back to America and starred in several successful series, which include The Six Million Dollar Man and General Hospital . Guy Doleman died of cancer in 1996.
