The Hôtel de Sechtré is a Hôtel particulier in the 10th arrondissement of Paris . The end of the 18th century, the building stands in the Rue René Boulanger no. 66. The Hôtel de Sechtré since 1962 as a monument ( monument historique protected). Next to it is the Hôtel de Rosambo .

The nearest metro station is Strasbourg - Saint-Denis on lines 4 , 8 and 9 .

history

The Hôtel de Sechtré was built between 1771 and 1776 according to the plans of the architect Nicolas Lenoir for the Comte de Sechtré, who bequeathed it to his daughters Madame de Rennepont and Madame Castéja in equal parts. The Hôtel particulier became the property of Olry Worms de Romilly , Mayor of the Arrondissement, in 1830 .

architecture

Two pilasters on the ground floor each end on the second floor at the consoles of the balconies. These are adorned with wrought iron bars. On the right side of the house is a high entrance for carriages. The facades facing the street and the courtyard are decorated with cornices , and no remains of the original furnishings have been preserved inside the house.
