HD 102117 b

HD 102117 b is the name of the planet orbiting the star HD 102117. So far it is the only planet that could be detected in this star system, the information on mass fluctuates between 0.14 and 0.3 Jupiter masses. One orbit around the central star takes 20.8 days. The planet was identified in 2004 using the radial velocity method by CG Tinney , R. Paul Butler and Geoffrey Marcy et al. discovered.
