HD 12661 is a yellow dwarf in the constellation Aries orbited by at least two planets , HD 12661 b and HD 12661 c . It is a main sequence star , has the spectral class K0 and the luminosity class V. Its mass is around 1.07 solar masses . HD 12661 is so far from the sun that it can no longer be seen with the naked eye. Its companions were discovered in 2000 and 2002 through measurements of its radial velocity.
