HD 150706 is a main sequence star of the spectral class G0V about 90 light years from Earth . It has an apparent magnitude of 7.0 mag. In 2002 the discovery of an exoplanet around the star was announced. In 2012, finally, a planet was confirmed that about 3 M J has.
