HD 45350 is a star in the constellation Auriga, around 160 light years away . It has an apparent magnitude of 7.9 mag.

Planetary companion

The star is orbited by the exoplanet HD 45350 b with a period of around 960 days . In 2005 by Marcy  et al. Object discovered with the help of the radial velocity method has a minimum mass of approx. 1.8 Jupiter masses. Its orbit has a major semi-axis of almost 2 astronomical units with an eccentricity of 0.78.
