The 2017/18 HT Premijer Liga season (officially: Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga ) was the 27th season of Croatia's top division in men's basketball . The regular season started on October 6, 2017 and ended on April 26, 2018 with the 26th and final matchday. This was followed by the play-offs of the eight best-placed teams of the regular season for the championship. This lasted until June 3, 2018. KK Cedevita started the season as the reigning champion and was able to defend the title against record champions KK Cibona in the play-off final . Thus, the team of coach Jurij Zdovc secured the 5th championship title.
