The building with the postal address Hafenstraße 13 is a listed building in the port of the city of Stralsund in Hafenstraße on the corner of Am Querkanal .

The four-story building made of red brick with a flat gable roof was built towards the end of the 19th century and used by CA Beug as a silo for grain .

For transverse channel toward a flatter gable formed. With yellow brick, a pilaster structure on the upper floors, the segmental arches of the hatch openings and the "German ribbon" above the ground floor are set off on the otherwise red facade .

The house is located on the outskirts of the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 850.

After an extensive renovation of the badly damaged building in the 2010s, the house is used as a hotel (“Alter Hafenspeicher”).
