Halbach or Hallbach is a group in the municipality of Fuschl am See in the northeast of the Austrian state of Salzburg .
The Rotte is located west of Fuschl and a little above the southern bank of the Fuschlsee. The Wolfgangsee Straße , coming from the city of Salzburg, runs through the village, which continues from Halbach along the eastern shore of the lake to Fuschl, then goes south past the Wolfgangsee and ends in Bad Ischl.
