The building is located north of the historic Quedlinburg old town on a hillside above the city. It is registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register.

Architecture and history

The villa was built in the years 1896/1897 in the style of historicism . The façade shows elements of the neo-Gothic with tracery . In addition, forms of the Neo-Renaissance can be seen with a column loggia . A later renovation of the house changed its appearance.
