Hallie Kate Eisenberg (born August 2, 1992 in East Brunswick , New Jersey ) is an American actress .

Life

Hallie Kate Eisenberg was born the youngest of three children in a Jewish family in East Brunswick. Her older brother Jesse Eisenberg is also an actor. Already at the end of the 1990s she worked in various commercials, for example for the Independent Film Channel (IFC) , but above all for the soft drinks giant Pepsi and became known nationwide.

Hallie made her feature film debut in 1998 with Paulie - A chatterbox makes his way . There followed mostly small roles in television films and movies, such as Insider (1999) at the side of Al Pacino , before she got her first leading role in 2000 in the film Beautiful . Her performance in 2006 in the film Billy bet or How to eat fried worms brought her at the Young Artist Awards 2007 nominated for the Award as Best Supporting Actress in a feature film one. In 2010 she interrupted her film career to go to college.
