Hamilton Pereira , full name Hamilton Miguel Pereira Ferrón , (born June 26, 1987 in Tacuarembó ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.80 meter tall midfielder Pereira was at the beginning of his career at least in the 2008/09 season in ranks of the northern Uruguayan club Tacuarembó FC . In that season he scored two first division goals there. In the 2009/10 season he contributed as a player for Club Atlético Peñarol with five appearances (no goal) in the Primera División to win the national championship. After he returned to Tacuarembó FC and in the 2010/11 season 13 top division games (no goal) completed at the club, he joined River Plate Montevideo in May 2011 . At the Montevideo- based club, he played a total of 60 times in the top Uruguayan league and scored four goals (2011/12 season: 17 games / 0 goals; 2012/13: 17/0; 2013/14: 26/4) . He also came four times (no goal) in the Copa Sudamericana 2013 to train.

After the Clausura 2014 he left the Montevideans and joined the Mexican club Monarcas Morelia . In 2014 he won the SuperCopa MX with the team . He contributed to this with two missions and one hit. In the 2014/15 season he was used nine times (no goal) in the Primera División and twice (one goal) in the Copa México . In mid-February 2015 he returned to Uruguay and continued his career at Danubio FC . For the Montevideans he played in 14 first division games in the 2015 Clausura and scored twice in the opposing goal. There were also three appearances (no goal) in the 2015 Copa Libertadores . On June 23, 2015, his loan transfer to the Ecuadorian club Barcelona Sporting Club , trained by his compatriot Guillermo Almada , was announced. With the Ecuadorians he played 20 league games. He did not score a hit. He has been in the ranks of CA Sarmiento since 2016 and has played 32 first division games (no goal) and one game (no goal) in the Copa Argentina . In mid-July 2017, he moved to CA Tigre within Argentina .
