The Hamilton River is a river in the southwest of the Australian state of Western Australia .
geography
The river has its source around ten kilometers northwest of Allanson . From there it first flows west and then turns its course south. It flows into the northeast arm of the Wellington Reservoir and thus into the Collie River .
