Han Changfu
Han Changfu ( Chinese 韩 长 赋 / 韓 長 賦 ; born October 1954 in Bin , Heilongjiang Province ) is a Chinese politician .
Life
Han graduated in Agricultural Economics at the Renmin University of China . He was the governor of Jilin Province from 2006 to 2009 .
Since 2009 he has been Minister of Agriculture in the State Council of the People's Republic of China . He has been a member of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party since 2002 .
