Han Seung-soo (born May 23, 1991 in Seoul ) is a South Korean short tracker .

Career

Han started the World Cup for the first time in Salt Lake City in November 2014 and finished 21st in the 500m and ninth in the 1000m. The following month he won his first World Cup victory with the relay in Shanghai . In February 2015 in Dresden he achieved his first podium finish in the individual World Cup with second place over 1500 m. At the Winter Universiade 2015 in Granada he won the silver medal in the 500 m and 1500 m respectively. In March 2015 he finished fourth with the relay at the World Championships in Moscow . In the 2016/17 season he finished in the top ten five times in the individual World Cup, including third place over 1000 m in Shanghai and third place over 500 m in Gangneung and thus achieved seventh place in the World Cup over 1000 m. In February 2017, he won the silver medal with the relay at the Winter Asian Games in Sapporo . At the 2017 World Championships in Rotterdam , he finished eighth in the relay.
