Handball Oberliga Sachsen 2003/04

The Handball Oberliga Sachsen is the fourth highest division in German men's and women's handball. The winner of the season will be promoted to the Regionalliga Mitte . The two relegated teams are integrated into the association league. 14 teams play for the Saxony Championship and for promotion to the third-class regional league. The table leader after the 26th matchday is automatically Saxony champion 2004. In the men’s SSV Chemnitz-Rottluff and HSV 1923 Pulsnitz rose from the association league to the upper league. HC Einheit Plauen is relegated from the regional league. The men's Sachsenmeister was HC Dresden.
