Hanne Kulessa

Hanne Kulessa (* 1951 in Loxstedt ) is a German author , journalist and radio presenter .

Life

The apprenticeship as a bookseller was followed by a degree in German and publishing. Hanne Kulessa has been working as a freelancer since 1982.

Since 1985 she has worked as an editor and presenter for the cultural program of radio at Hessischer Rundfunk, hr2-kultur . At the beginning, she moderated the morning program Die Alternative - Kultur am Morgen . More recently she has been in charge of the audio book magazine , in which, among other things, the audio book top list is presented monthly. She also occasionally conducts interviews with authors on the program Doppel-Kopf . She belongs to the advice team of Peter Härtling's show Literature in Cross-Examination . Kulessa also writes book reviews for the hr.

Hanne Kulessa has been a member of the jury of the German Schiller Foundation from 1859 since 2002. Since 2003 she has also been a lecturer at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main .

Kulessa has published numerous anthologies , short stories and children's books and two novels, as well as being editor. She lives in Frankfurt am Main .
