Hans-Joachim Goering

Hans-Joachim "Hansi" Göring (born December 27, 1923 , † April 11, 2010 ) was a German football player .

Career

The trained decorator played from 1949 to 1951 for the BSG Turbine Weimar (until 1950: BSG KWU Weimar), with which he was promoted to the GDR league in 1950 . In the league season 1950/51 Göring was next to Manfred Schuster the only Weimar player who was used in all 34 league games. He scored two goals. The team occupied the penultimate place in the table at the end of the season and immediately rose again; it was their only season in the league.

After 1951, Goering played football in lower-class teams for nine years. From 1961 to 1966 he studied to be a trainer and sports teacher at the DHfK Leipzig . He was a sports teacher at the vocational school of the Erfurt motor vehicle factory for 26 years.

At the same time, he was initially trainer for Chemie Schwarza , then from 1964 to 1970 for Motor Gotha . From 1975 to 1981 he was youth leader at Motor Gotha. From 1980 he was chairman of the Honors / Awards Commission of the Erfurt District Football Committee and from 1990 of the Thuringian Football Association (until 1994).
