Hans-Jochen Beilke

Hans-Jochen Beilke (born March 30, 1950 in Teterow ) is a German manager.

Youth and education

Beilke spent the first years of his childhood in Attlisberg. After a short period in the town of Singen near Konstanz , he came to Waldshut- Tiengen near the Swiss border in 1964 as a teenager . In 1972 he began studying economics at Reutlingen University of Applied Sciences , which he successfully completed in 1975.

In 1975 Hans-Jochen Beilke began his professional career at Reutlinger Wafios AG. He came to the mechanical engineering company Trumpf in Ditzingen near Stuttgart in 1981 through the Happich company in Belgium and the Schäfer group of companies . There he became the assistant to Berthold Leibinger , the then head of Trumpf GmbH & Co. KG and today's founder and chairman of the board of trustees of the Berthold Leibinger Foundation. In 1990 Beilke became managing director of Leuze electronic in Owen / Teck, Baden-Württemberg, and in 2002 he moved back to the Trumpf Group . There he was managing director of the company's subsidiary Hüttinger Elektronik in Freiburg im Breisgau and spokesman for the electronics / medical technology division. In the middle of 2003, Hans-Jochen Beilke was called back to the head office in Ditzingen and from then on acted as managing director for marketing and sales at Trumpf Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG. Since October 1, 2006, Hans-Jochen Beilke has been Chairman of the Board of Management of the ebm-papst Group , based in Mulfingen, Hohenlohe . After six years as CEO of the ebm-papst group of companies, Hans-Jochen Beilke retired on September 30, 2012. Beilke is still active on several advisory boards of medium-sized companies.
