Hans-Ulrich Derlien

Hans-Ulrich Derlien (born July 20, 1945 in Lübeck ; † July 14, 2010 ) was a German administrative scientist and holder of the chair for administrative science at the Otto Friedrich University in Bamberg . He was succeeded by Professor Sylvia Veit .

Derlien was a member of the government and administrative reform project group , which was active from 1968 to 1975. He was part of the editorial board of the journal Public Administration . He also sat on the editorial board of Governance magazine . An International Journal of Policy, Administration and Institutions . He was a corresponding member of the German Research Institute for Public Administration at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer .
