Hans Breymann (architect)

Hans Anton Wilhelm Julius Breymann (born April 12, 1850 in Bernburg (Saale) , † June 28, 1903 in Göttingen ) was a German architect and construction clerk .

Life

His parents were Julius August Richard Breymann (1819–1876), councilor in Roschwitz , and Minette Wilhelmine Fatquitto (1823–1878), who married on May 24, 1849 in Bernburg.

Breymann temporarily worked in the rank of district building inspector at the University Building Office of the University of Göttingen and apparently also had a teaching position at the University's Agricultural Institute.

  • 1871–1872: Project planning for the restoration of the basilica in Hecklingen
  • 1878: Development of restoration steps for the basilica in Hecklingen
  • 1880–1882: Carolinum Bernburg high school
  • 1881–1882: "agricultural colony" of the state insane asylum in Bernburg (Saale) (ducal insane sanatorium and nursing home in Bernburg, today the state hospital for psychiatry and neurology)
  • 1889–1891: Pathological Institute of the University of Göttingen, Humboldtallee (together with Albert Kortüm )
  • 1895: Extension of the synagogue in Göttingen
