Hans Eberhard Friedrich
Hans Eberhard Friedrich (born June 25, 1907 in Greifswald ; † December 25, 1980 ) was a German writer , journalist and translator.
Life
He had studied constitutional law, economics and history in Marburg , Königsberg and Berlin . Later he worked a. a. for the Frankfurter Zeitung , the Deutsche Allgemeine Zeitung and was an author for the White Papers . After the war he wrote for the Neue Zeitung in Munich and the daily newspaper Die Welt . From 1965 to 1967 he was head of the arts section and from 1968 until his death chairman of the board of the Axel Springer Foundation .
