Hans Friedrich (born November 9, 1886 in St. Wendel , † October 2, 1954 in Bremen ) was a German politician (NSDAP).

Live and act

After visiting the elementary school and high school (up to the upper second) Friedrich joined the Imperial Navy one in which he struck the helmsman career: He took longer commands in the South Pacific and in the colonies before the First World War as a helmsman, watch and navigator was deployed on submarines .

After the end of the war, Friedrich belonged to a volunteer corps . In 1920 he was finally discharged from the Navy with the rank of lieutenant in the sea . He took on leading positions in the cooperative system in Pomerania (settlers in Quitzerow ). At this time he also began to work in political military associations: As a member of the Sturmabteilung (SA), he was promoted to Oberführer in April 1931. On July 2, 1934, he succeeded Peter von Heydebreck, who was shot in the Röhm affair , as leader of the SA group in Pomerania.

From November 1932 to November 1933 and from March 1936 to April 1938 Friedrich was a member of the NSDAP in the Reichstag.

From September 1933 until 1934 Friedrich served as Colonel of the Gendarmerie in the Prussian Ministry of the Interior.

Friedrich was also a member of the Reichsbauernthings, Landesbauernrat and member of the Prussian Provincial Council as well as leader of the Pomeranian regional group of the Reich Air Protection Association .
