Hans Hinrich Neve (born September 30, 1957 in Stafstedt ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and a member of the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament .

Life and work

After completing secondary school in 1974, Hans Hinrich Neve completed an agricultural training course, which he completed in 1976. This was followed by a 15-month military service. In 1978 Neve attended the agricultural college in Rendsburg. He then took part in an IFYE (International Farm Youth Exchange) exchange program in the USA. From 1981 to 1982 he attended the technical college in Ebstorf and immediately afterwards, until 1985, the technical college for agriculture in Österrönfeld, where he completed an agricultural degree with a degree in engineering. After completing his studies, he initially worked as a commercial clerk at the Bordesholm Agricultural Association. In 1987 he took over his parents' dairy farm in his home town of Stafstedt.

Hans Hinrich Neve is married and has a daughter and two sons.

politics

In 1978 Neve took up the post of district chairman of the rural youth in Rendsburg-Eckernförde , resigned it in 1979 and became the deputy chairman of the rural youth in Schleswig-Holstein the following year. He stayed that way for six years. He has been a member of the CDU since 1981.

From 1987 to 1991 Hans Hinrich Neve was Vice President of the Council of European Young Farmers (Conseil Européen des Jeunes Agriculteurs) and from 1988 to 2008 a member of the environmental committee of the RD-Eck district. In 1987 he became chairman of the CDU official association in Jevenstedt and held this office until 2014. Since 1988 he has been a member of the district board of the CDU RD-Eck, since 1990 community representative of the community of Stafstedt, since 1998 district member of the district of RD-Eck and mayor of the community of Stafstedt. In addition, since 2003 he has been the deputy chairman of the CDU district parliamentary group and head of the Jevenstedt office. In addition, Neve has been the deputy district chairman of the CDU Rendsburg-Eckernförde and has been since 2010.

In the 2004 European elections , Neve ran on the CDU state list for Schleswig-Holstein.

MP

For the state elections in Schleswig-Holstein in 2009 , the CDU nominated him as a direct candidate in the constituency of Rendsburg . In the early state parliament election on September 27, 2009, in the 17th electoral period, he was directly elected with 36.4 percent of the first votes . and came to the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament for the first time. In the state elections in 2012 he was able to win the constituency of Rendsburg again with 39.5%.

In the 17th electoral term, Neve was a member of the Budgetary Audit Working Group, the Finance Committee, the Social Committee and, until 2011, the First Parliamentary Inquiry Committee. He was also an alternate member of the Europe, Petitions and Environment and Agriculture Committee. In the 18th WP he was the youth policy spokesman, a member of the finance committee and a deputy member of the environmental and agricultural committee. Furthermore, Neve was a deputy member in the working group "Budget Audit", as well as a member of the Petitons and Social Committee.

In the 2017 state elections , Hans Hinrich Neve once again entered the state parliament with 40.0 percent of the first vote as a directly elected member of the Rendsburg constituency for the 19th electoral period. He is currently spokesman for health, voluntary and local politics as well as spokesman for state planning, fire services and disaster control for the CDU parliamentary group.

Social Commitment

Hans Hinrich Neve was a member of the supervisory board of the waste management company RD-Eck from 1998 to 2013, and from 2003 as chairman of the supervisory board. From 2002 to 2012 he was also a member of the district board of the Rendsburg farmers' association and from 2007 deputy district chairman. Since 2009 Neve has been a member of the state main committee of the farmers' association and since 2010 head of the special purpose association for broadband supply in central Schleswig-Holstein.
