Hans Hoof

Hans-Heinrich Hoof (born April 28, 1925 in Niederndorf ; † October 18, 1998 ) was a German politician and member of the state parliament ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending elementary school , he completed a commercial training and a bank apprenticeship. He then worked as a banker. After attending the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration, Hoof worked as a senior civil servant at the city of Freudenberg and at the Rhineland-Palatinate road administration. He became a member of the CDU in 1956. Hoof was represented in numerous CDU committees. So he was u. a. Member of the district executive committee of the CDU and chairman of the CDU city association Freudenberg.

MP

From May 29, 1980 to May 30, 1990, Hoof was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was elected from his party's national list.

He was a member of the city council of Freudenberg from 1974 to 1980. In addition, from 1969 to 1989 he was a member of the district council of the district of Siegen and a member of the landscape assembly of the regional association Westphalia-Lippe .
