Hans Kulicke

Hans Kulicke (born September 21, 1934 - † November 16, 2016 ) was a German football referee for the German Football Association (DFV) and a referee official.

Until 1960 Hans Kulicke was even to the first DDR-Liga active footballers. Then the Oderberger passed his referee examination and officiated as referee in the DFV, between 1970 and 1984 in the top division of the GDR, the Oberliga , in which he made 230 missions. In addition, he officiated in 35 international games, including six internationals, two of which as a referee and four times as a linesman .

He headed the FDGB Cup final on May 1, 1982 between SG Dynamo Dresden and BFC Dynamo, which was only decided 5-4 on penalties (1-1 after extra time) in the Berlin World Youth Stadium in front of 48,000 spectators. Herbert Streicher ( Crimmitschau ) and Bernd Stumpf ( Jena ) officiated as linesmen .

Kulicke was awarded the DFB honorary award in 2003 and the Silver Badge of Honor from the Brandenburg Regional Football Association in 2004.
