Hans Lauber (politician)

Hans Lauber (born June 12, 1921 in Essen , † June 22, 2000 ) was a German politician and former member of the state parliament of the SPD in North Rhine-Westphalia .

Life and work

After attending elementary school and high school with a high school diploma , he studied medicine , passed the state examination in 1947 and received his doctorate . He then worked as an assistant doctor, specialist in psychiatry and neurology and senior physician. In 1961 Lauber completed his habilitation at the University of Düsseldorf . From 1962 he was director of the Rheinisches Landeskrankenhaus in Langenfeld . Lauber was represented in various bodies of the SPD. In addition, from 1952 to 1955 he was chairman of the Federation of Trade Union Doctors in the District of North Rhine-Westphalia I.

From July 26, 1970 to May 27, 1975 Lauber was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was directly elected in constituency 051 Rhein-Wupper-Kreis I. From 1970 he belonged to the district assembly of the Rhein-Wupper district .
