Hans Ludolf von Kotze

Hans Ludolf von Kotze (born April 11, 1876 in Klein Oschersleben , † January 21, 1952 in Groß Germersleben ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

Hans Ludolf von Kotze studied law at the Georg-August University in Göttingen . In 1895 he became a member of the Corps Saxonia Göttingen . After completing his studies, he completed his legal clerkship. In 1906 he passed the government assessor exam for the Prussian civil service and became a government assessor in Bromberg . In 1913 he was appointed district administrator for the district of Neuhaldensleben . During the First World War he was Rittmeister of the Reserve in the active King's Uhlan Regiment and then in the High Command of the Second Army until he was recalled to his district administrator post. He held this office until he left civil service in 1919.

In the following years he lived in Kleinoschersleben. He was married to Princess Charlotte zu Sayn-Wittgenstein -Berleburg. Hans Peter von Kotze was his brother.
