Hans Müller (born October 14, 1915 in Zweibrücken , † December 23, 1974 in Ramstein-Miesenbach ) was a German clerk and politician ( NPD ).

Life

Müller attended elementary school and high school. 1934–1935 he was a trainee at the general local health insurance fund and from 1935–1936 at the Pirmasens administrative office of the National Socialist People's Welfare District Office. From 1936 to 1938 he did military service and from 1939 to 1944 military service (most recently as a sergeant ). From 1944 to 1946 he was a prisoner of war and from 1946 to 1947 with the mine clearance command in Zweibrücken. From 1950 to 1952 Müller was in the USA and from 1953 worked as a personnel administrator.

politics

In 1935 Müller became an adjutant for the Hitler Youth. In 1935 he joined the NSDAP . From 1938 to 1939 he was also a member of the German Labor Front (Kreisjugendwalter). The verdict of the Neustadt Spruchkammer on August 5, 1948 was for followers . However, it was rejected by the governor of the Palatinate and so the Neustadt Chamber of Justice passed a new judgment on January 21, 1949. It read as follows: persons with a minor burden, probation period of 2 years, deprivation of eligibility and the right to political activity. No further expiatory measures were taken because he had worked as a mine sweeper.

In August 1964, Müller became a member of the German Reich Party . In December 1964 he moved to the NPD, where in 1965 he was chairman of the NPD district association Kaiserslautern-Stadt und -Land and in 1966 he was district representative for the West Palatinate.

In 1967 he was elected to the sixth state parliament in Rhineland-Palatinate . In 1968 he left the NPD. On October 31, 1968, he resigned his mandate and Gerhard Huy moved up for him in the state parliament.
