Hans Schiffmann (born December 23, 1879 in Erbendorf ; † 20th century) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Live and act

After attending primary school and completing an apprenticeship, Hans Schiffmann was part of the imperial army for a time. Later he took part in the First World War. In the 1920s, Schiffmann was organizationally active in the German Gymnastics Association.

In the 1920s, Schiffmann founded the local branch of the NSDAP in Erbendorf, where he also built the local gym. In 1924 he took over a public office for the first time when he became a city councilor in Erbendorf. He also became a member of the board of the gymnastics club. In 1926 he took over duties as district and district manager.

In 1933 Schiffmann became a member of the Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate District Council and district leader of the Altland districts of Tirschenreuth and Kemnath . He also worked on the Atlas of German Folklore .

From November 1933 until the end of Nazi rule in spring 1945, Schiffmann was a representative of constituency 25 (Lower Bavaria) in the National Socialist Reichstag . Schiffmann became NSDAP district leader in Tirschenreuth-Kemnath in 1943 and was also a member of the supervisory boards of the Oberpfalzwerke AG in Regensburg and the Ostbayrische Stormversorgungs-AG in Landshut .
