Hansjakob Gröblinghoff

Hansjakob Gröblinghoff (born April 5, 1902 in Bochum , † after 1974) was a German actor .

Life

Gröblinghoff learned his artistic craft from Saladin Schmitt . He received his first stage engagement in his hometown in 1924. Other theater stations were Stettin, Berlin, Koblenz, Memmingen and Wuppertal. In 1960 Gröblinghoff moved to the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus .

As an actor in film and television, however, Gröblinghoff was a rare guest. In the 1930s he played minor roles in UFA films such as the comedy Girls for Everything with Grethe Weiser under the direction of Carl Boese , alongside La Jana in the musical film Es shine the stars and in Arthur Maria Rabenalt's crime film The Three Codonas . After the Second World War he appeared in the homeland film Die Mühle im Schwarzwäldertal and in Wolfgang Staudte's drama Das Lamm . In addition, he appeared in various television productions such as in Karl-Heinz Stroux 's Kleist adaptation Käthchen von Heilbronn , in the multi-part crime thriller Der Monddiamant based on Wilkie Collins and in one of the leading roles in Wilhelm Semmelroth's cousin von Basilio .

At times Gröblinghoff lived in the Berlin artists' colony .
