Harald Pinger

Harald Pinger (born January 9, 1960 in Leverkusen ) is a German manager.

He studied business administration with a focus on tax law and auditing at the University of Cologne and completed his training as a business graduate. From 1987 to 1995 he worked at Unilever , then at the Fresenius Group, where he was, among other things, Head of Controlling at Fresenius Medical Care and CFO at Fresenius Kabi . In October 2002 he switched to Messer Griesheim, a manufacturer of technical gases, as Chief Financial Officer. The manager, who is considered a renovation specialist, later switched to KarstadtQuelle .

From October 1st, 2004 he was CFO of the KarstadtQuelle department store and mail order company . There he was also responsible for the real estate area.

After Christoph Achenbach left , he took over as CEO of the group on an interim basis from April to May 12, 2005. He was also responsible for the mail order division - also temporarily until December 31, 2005. On December 21, 2006, he left the company for personal reasons and was succeeded by Peter Diesch . From September 1, 2007, Harald Pinger was CEO and executive member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of this committee at Jemoli Holding.

On August 1, 2008, he took over the position of CFO at the forklift company Kion Group . With Alexander Dibelius , an old confidante sits on the supervisory board as a shareholder, whom he already knows from his Messer Griesheim times and from his KarstadtQuellen times - when the Karstadt real estate was sold, the two sat opposite each other as business partners.
