Harmen ter Borch
Harmen ter Borch (baptized November 11, 1638 in Zwolle ; † before September 1677 there ) was a Dutch painter and draftsman .
He was the son of Gerard ter Borch the Elder. Ä. and younger brother of Gerard ter Borch the Elder. J. and learned to draw from his father. Up to the age of 16 he drew high quality genre scenes , especially of children and soldiers. He gave up his artistic activity in 1661 because he took over his father's offices in Zwolle or part of it.
