Hartmannstrasse 17 in Bad Kissingen

The property at Hartmannstrasse 17 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-294 .

history

The house was built in 1905 by the architect B. Geiling in the style of reduced historicism . The property is a two-storey Walmdachbau with Rotsandsteingliederung , Zwerchhaus bay windows and half-timbered zwerchhäusern . On the one hand, it shows elements of Art Nouveau in the window frames and, on the other hand, with the complicated roof outline and the half-timbered gables, it is tied to the group building and the half-timbered style of the late 19th century .
