The Hartsgarth Burn is a watercourse in the Scottish Borders , Scotland . It arises south of the Dinley Fell from the confluence of various unnamed tributaries and the Routing Burn . It flows in a south-easterly direction up to its confluence with the Hermitage Water east of the hamlet of Hartsgarth .
