The house at Hauptstraße 93 is a listed building in the district town of Bergheim in the Rhein-Erft district , North Rhine-Westphalia .

House no. 93 dates from the first half of the 19th century. The house was originally built entirely in half-timbered houses. In the 19th century it was given a masonry facade. Shortly before 1900, Franz Schmitz, clerk at the Bergheim district court , acquired the property from the veterinarian Dr. Peter Josef Lemm. Franz Schmitz's daughter, Katharina, married the construction engineer Fritz Ubber. House number 93 was inherited by her son Franz Ubber, editor and local researcher. He lived in the house with his family from 1954 to 1983.

It is a three-story plastered building with three axes . The building was entered on October 26, 1983 under No. 8 in the list of monuments of the city of Bergheim .

Todays use

In 2001, the former Formula 1 driver Ralf Schumacher acquired the building in which he now runs a restaurant , the Schumachers.
