description

The country house-like , five-axis villa , together with its outbuilding and the enclosure, is a listed building . The main house is a single-storey plastered building that faces the Borstrasse on the eaves. It stands on a basement and has a mezzanine-like knee-high with round windows. A protruding gable roof sits on top . In the middle of the two eaves views is a three-axis, two-storey risalit in which there is an entrance portal with pillars on the street side. On the garden side, however, the risalits are adorned with a balcony. Another entrance porch is on the western gable side. Opposite, on the eastern side of the gable, is a formerly open veranda extension . The windows are framed by draperies and partly decorated by roofs, along with pilaster strips and a cornice .

The former coach house is in the eastern (left) part of the property. Near the house it has a transverse wing with an arched opening. The outbuilding also stands on a broken stone base and is plastered.

The garden with a pavilion and a fountain is enclosed by a stone wall. In front of the house there is a suspected round arched gate, which was partially renewed in 2002, with pillar walls and the carved house name Villa Elisa . On the left side of the fence there is an entrance gate with sandstone pillars with gate wings made of lancet fields.
