History and description
The house on the trout pond was built in 1905 and 1906 according to plans by the architect Karl Klee. The builder was the Darmstadt industrialist Goebel. Stylistically, the representative villa belongs to Art Nouveau .
Notable details of the Art Nouveau villa are:
