Hayrullah Fişek
Hayrullah Fişek (* 1885 in Tetovo ; † 1975 in Ankara ) was a career officer in the Turkish army (captain, at the Ottoman War Academy from 1904 until retirement in 1945, major general) and State Secretary in the Ministry of National Defense . He fought in the Turkish War of Liberation and later received the İstiklâl Madalyası for it .

Hayrullah Fişek was of Turkish - Albanian origin and came from the renowned Fişek family from Tetovo (in Turkish: Kalkandelen ). His parents were Hafiz Süleyman Efendi (1849-1894), a civil servant in the land registry, and Fatma Hanko (1847-1930), Sheikh Mustafa Efendi Ruhi's daughter.
He had a sister named Hatice (1873-1902) and three brothers: Abdulhamit Bey (1866-1917), a tax clerk, Nuri Bey (1878-1945) and Zekeriya Bey (1880-1932). The last two were also officers in the Turkish army .
Hayrullah was married to Mukaddes Fişek (1891–1958) and had two sons: Nusret Fişek MD (1914–1990), State Secretary in the Ministry of Health, and Hicri Fişek (1918–2002), Professor of International Law .
