He Luli ( Chinese  何魯麗  /  何鲁丽 , Pinyin Hé Lǔlì , W.-G. Ho Lu-li ; born June 1934 in Jinan , Shandong , China ) is a Chinese politician of the Revolutionary Committee of the Kuomintang , one of eight bloc parties outside the Communist Party Of China , and since 1998, among other things, Vice-Chair of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress .

Life
