Heather Donahue

Heather Donahue (born December 22, 1974 in Upper Darby , Pennsylvania ) is an American actress , best known for her role in the 1999 film Blair Witch Project . The German-speaking lead role of Heather in the film was dubbed by Veronika Neugebauer .

After her breakthrough with Blair Witch Project , several smaller roles followed, for example in the comedy Boys, Girls & a Kiss , in which she took on the role of "Megan". This was followed by projects such as Seven and a Match , New Suit and The Big Time , which were broadcast on US television and cinema.

She also starred in director Steven Spielberg's mini-series Taken , which is about aliens . For her role as "Mary Crawford" she was nominated for a Saturn Award for Best Actress.

Donahue graduated from Upper Darby High School in 1991 and graduated from the University of Arts in Philadelphia in 1995.

In 2005 she took on one of the leading roles in the US horror film Manticore - Bloody Claws (with Robert Beltran, among others ).

The film "The Morgue" (with Bill Cobbs among others ) was released in 2008 in video rental and on DVD .
