Hebei (河北 区) is a municipality in the sub-government city of Tianjin in northern China . Hebei has an area of ​​27 km² and about 620,000 inhabitants (end of 2004).

In the Hebei district is the Wanghailou Church and the old residence of Liang Qichao , which are on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China .

Administrative division
